Blog Post Image Template-1.png

Just this morning one of my dear friends said, "I used to look forward to summer and our own schedules, and this year I'm dreading it." After a very weird 15 months, working moms and stay-at-home moms alike are thinking, wait, my kids didn't spend enough time at school this year. (Just kidding, not sure what you're thinking, but I share the sentiment!). Ironically, Lisa shared a similar convo between her and a friend from last week! You're not alone moms!

On this show, Lisa, Richie and I talked about simple summer self-care strategies and how to make time for them - whether you're looking forward to summer or not! You don't want to miss both the free and splurge self-care ideas we shared in this quick segment.
